This will be a really light chat with no pressure. We’ll establish where you’re at, where you’d like to be and whether I’m the right person to support you on the journey.

Taster Month
People often chose to have a month with either 2 x 90 min sessions or 3 x 60 min sessions to see how they get along both with the coaching and with me before committing to a longer programme, and I encourage whatever you feel more comfortable with.
4.
3-6 Month Commitment or Monthly Rolling
After the taster month we’ve usually discovered various concerns and begun working through them. At this stage people often commit to 3-6 months of further coaching, however if rolling months feel more comfortable, that’s an option too.
5.
Closing Session
I’ll never send you out into the ocean unless you feel safe going at it alone. We’ll go through everything we’ve learnt, what you have in your toolbox to support you and importantly we’ll look back on how far you’ve come!
6.
Top Up Sessions or Nature Walk
Things are changing all the time and some of my clients who’ve completed a full programme find it useful to have sporadic sessions or a nature walk with me to re-centre themselves and make sure they’re still utilising their learning.

THE 12-WEEK SURGE PROGRAMME IS CURRENTLY FULLY BOOKED
I offer bespoke occasional walk and talks in the Harrogate area where you get the benefit of meeting in person and taking in some nature too.
These 1-1’s are subject to my availability but are great for taking you away from your normal environment, a change of scene if you like and a chance to really soothe your nervous system whilst combining a coaching session.
Sessions are normally between 60-90 mins but can be tailored. Contact me for details.
